Teenagers are making us veteran hunters look like beginners in 2023. Take a look at these three 14-year-old hunters who laid the hammer down on massive bucks in their areas.
Kaylee Rogers, Kentucky
ICYMI! Kaylee Rogers tagged this incredible buck during Kentucky’s youth weekend!
The buck for Buckmasters, for a BTR score of 215” in the irregular category. Rogers, who is just 14 years old, harvested the buck in Nelson County, Kentucky. According to Buckmasters, the BTR score of 215” places Rogers’ buck in the top-40 in the irregular rifle category for Kentucky. Congrats to Rogers and her amazing harvest!
Reili Brewer, Texas
Another 14-year-old young lady with a monster buck! This time it was Reili Brewer, who tagged this massive deer in Bowie Co., Texas. The buck had 31 point in all, with 29 scoreable points. The green score for the deer was an incredible 244 4/8.” Huge congrats to Reili on the buck of a lifetime!
Preston Burger, Missouri
A Missouri GIANT hit the ground last weekend! The buck was harvested by 14-year-old Preston Burger during Missouri’s youth weekend. Burger’s buck had 21-points, including two nasty droptines and a split browtine. The buck was tagged in Mississippi County. Congrats to Preston on the incredible buck!

The Unicorn Buck of Kentucky
Out of all the Kentucky brutes tagged this season, this one might just be the best! Mark Elkins of Greenup, KY harvested this massive buck on October 30th. It’s a 100% free range, Eastern Kentucky buck. It appears to have 13 points with an incredible brow tine that is nearly straight down the middle of its forehead. Congrats to Elkins on this buck of a lifetime!
The Tall Trew Buck
What a unique buck! Joseph Trew harvested this incredible buck in Kentucky on Saturday. The tall-racked buck looks to have upwards of 13 points, with a very cool palmated antler. Congrats to Trew on an awesome hunt!
